A friend of the Eco Tykes was getting rid of an old woollen skirt. She heard about an Eco Tyke project using woollen garments for felting. The Eco Tykes had been to see The Aurora Borealis, Northern Lights. Inspired by the colours of the skirt and the night sky and landscape on the trip this Eco-cosy keeping the pot warm was craftily created. When the skirt was boiled this was what was left of the skirt! (size14 UK) The lining was still a size 14! Great to use as the hillside around the base of the Eco-cosy. The top of the cosy is the waist and the loop made as a hanger the waist band.
